Why can't I see availability in Outlook Scheduling Assistant?
There are several reasons why you might not be able to see someone's free/busy information. The attendee isn't in your organization. Outlook can't show free/busy or scheduling information for someone who isn't part of your organization. You're creating a meeting in a calendar that isn't part of your organization.
Close out of outlook and hold the CTRL key down when you click on the outlook ICON. Check and see if the Scheduling Assistant is working. If you are able to work with Outlook without any problem then the issue might be due to add-ins.
Access the Outlook instance and compose a new email. Click the Open Outreach icon in the ribbon. Click Insert Availability. Click to select the available days and times, and complete the meeting details as outlined in the table below.

While composing a new email, or replying to an existing email conversation, tap the Calendar button above the keyboard. From the menu that appears, select Send Availability.
