Does Mi have return policy?
Dear Valued Customer, Mi Store Management will exchange or refund products provided the following conditions are met: The product is accompanied by the original receipt. The product is sealed and in its original condition. The product to exchanged or returned within 15 days from the date of purchase.
Xiaomi warrants the original purchaser that your Xiaomi Product shall be free from defects in materials and workmanship under normal use during the warranty period. Except otherwise provided by applicable law, the warranty lasts and is provided for 2 years.
How do I place a replacement request? Please contact our customer care services at 1800 103 6286. For circumstances that require further inspection, you will be required to visit nearest Xiaomi Authorized service center with the defective device, box, all tags/manual and the original invoice.
Return Policy – Changed Your Mind
Returned products must be undamaged, clean, and in otherwise new condition with all original materials i.e. original packaging, manuals and accessories, and must be accompanied by the original invoice. For all 'changed mind' returns shipping must be prepaid and insured.
Usually, you can return the device and cancel your contract within 14 days for a full refund, or 30 days if the device is faulty. Typically, this applies even if you've opened the package, as long as you haven't damaged the product.
When an order is cancelled, it takes about 5-7 working days for the product to return to our warehouse. After it is received at the warehouse, the refund is initiated and it takes 3 days to process the same.
